Trainings and coaching
Based on real-life experience from many development projects we offer a variety of trainings in the area of critical systems and current trends and best practices we offer following trainings to our participants:
-
Quality standards for Critical Systems development
This training equips professionals with the tools and knowledge to implement high-quality processes in industries like automotive, aerospace, and healthcare, focusing on frameworks such as CMMI and ASPICE. Participants will learn key quality assurance processes such as requirements management, configuration management, risk management, and validation & verification, all critical for developing reliable, high-performance systems. This training ensures teams can align their development processes with industry best practices and achieve greater control over quality management.
The course emphasizes the practical application of CMMI and ASPICE for continuous improvement, helping organizations enhance their process maturity and reduce risks throughout the system lifecycle. Through interactive workshops, case studies, and discussions, participants will gain the skills to implement these frameworks effectively, driving improved quality and performance in complex, critical systems development projects.
-
Requirements management extended training
The "Requirements Management" training is designed to emphasize the critical role that effective requirements management plays in the success of any project. Clear, well-managed requirements are the foundation of a project, ensuring that the system or product being developed meets the needs of stakeholders while aligning with business objectives. Poorly managed requirements can lead to scope creep, delays, cost overruns, and, ultimately, project failure. In industries where precision and compliance are key, such as automotive, aerospace, and healthcare, rigorous requirements management is essential to delivering high-quality, reliable systems.
This training will cover best practices for capturing, documenting, and tracking requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Participants will learn how to ensure traceability, manage changes effectively, and validate requirements against project goals. Through hands-on exercises, attendees will gain practical skills in maintaining alignment between stakeholders, developers, and quality teams, ultimately ensuring that the project stays on course and delivers value. The training also focuses on tools and techniques that facilitate clear communication, reduce errors, and drive successful project outcomes.

Automotive Safety according to ISO 26262
This training performed for different OEMs and Tier-1 in many countries of Europe and North America.
It will give participants systematic approach, hands-on experience creating safety work products under trainer supervision, exposure to subjects of classical safety life-cycle and approaches to new innovative technology and dynamic working processes.
On the last day we work together through all major safety phases from concept phase to the justification of achieved safety.
Detailed agenda can be found here.
Duration: 3 days= 2 days (theory plus exercises, on-line tests) + 1 day (case study – safety development of one safety critical control system).
Optional: ½ day certification exam.
-
Safety of Intended Functionality (SOTIF) – 1 day
Take it is a separate training or as an extension to our classical Automotive Safety according to ISO 26262.
Here we will be speaking how the risks of modern perception and information processing systems can be evaluated and mitigated.
This analysis is vital while dealing with Autonomous Driving systems with their multi-sensor and artificial intelligence.
-
Agile Safety Workshop
Many companies introduce new approaches to make development processes more effective such as SCRUM, DevOps, CI/CD. We will make an overview of them and highlight the challenges to apply to functional safety processes.
Based on work packages we will investigate available solutions adjusting safety process to your particular needs.
